The Center for Food Studies at Bard College at Simon's Rock presents the 7th annual ThinkFOOD conference as a virtual event on Saturday, October 3 and Sunday, October 4 with a special opening workshop on Friday, October 2. ThinkFOOD 7 will feature panels with practical takeaways to help you eat, shop, and think about food in a more sustainable way. Keynote address by Brian Donahue of Brandeis University, author of "A New England Food Vision".
