From trail ride lessons to free range donkey play, horse painting, yoga ,hiking with horses, and grooming classes to EAGALA Model Equine Assisted Team building for families, friends and organizations, BHW customizes experiences for any age. For those visiting town looking for an immersive farm experience, or an opportunity to volunteer while on vacation, try the Ranch Life 101 half day. This authentic hands on programming gives both locals and visitors the chance to get up close and personal with the herd and what it takes to run one's own hobby farm. The ranch comprises multiple barns, outdoor paddocks, an organic garden, vernal spring with critters and lily pads, and hiking trails for all recreational and mindfulness activities, The nonprofit’s warm and professional staff also offers Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy, life skill development and corporate team building facilitated by advanced certified professionals. No horse experience necessary. Kid -friendly. Open year round by appointment..

    Entrance is off of Route 295 at the intersection with Route 41. BHW is located at the end of Patton Rd. Proceed to the end and look for the horses up to the left. Park at the bottom of the hill.
