Commonwealth Collaborative is a locally owned client driven outpatient substance use disorder treatment center. Our organization offers an evidence-based holistic approach to substance use disorder treatment focusing on skills-based therapeutic modalities, community resourcing, trauma informed care practices and the building of relationships between clients and staff.
