Mielke Confections

As two lovers of food and all things confections we grew up making chocolate and candy for the holidays. After returning to Berkshires we had the opportunity to work with Kathy, owner of Catherine's Chocolate, to make a dream come true. Growing up committed to selfless service and being a part of a team, we enjoyed the close knit family of the military and brought that to Mielke Confections.
